Q) What is the difference between Real Silver, Sterling Silver, Silver Plating and Silver Filled?

  • Pure Silver - Pure Silver is very soft and malleable, therefore not suitable for jewelry.
  • Sterling Silver - Contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% made up of other metals like copper and zinc to add durability.
  • Silver PlatingSilver-plated jewelry is not thoroughly silver. It has a base metal, such as nickel, copper, or pewter. In the plating process, the base metal is electrically charged to attract silver particles, creating a thin outer coating of silver. Because the silver is merely a thin external coating, it has the potential to come off of the jewelry entirely, revealing the metal beneath it.
  • Silver Filled

    "Silver filled" jewelry is similar to silver plating in that it is primarily made of a different metal. It consists of two thin sheets of silver with a sheet of base metal, such as brass, pressed between them.

    Unlike silver-plated jewelry, which can have any amount of silver in it, even a tiny fraction (1% silver), silver-filled jewelry has a quantifiable amount of silver in it, such as "1/5th" sterling or "1/20th" sterling.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You receive the tracking number for your parcel on your order page after your parcel is shipped out. Then you can track your parcel by its tracking number on the official website of the post office.

What is your refund policy?

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

*Unfortunately, earrings, nose and belly-button rings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Items marked on SALE are non-refundable.

What about warranty?

We appreciate you a lot and will provide you with the best possible experience!

If any item is damaged/defective, please provide us with the following:

1) Order number as the subject.

2) Brief description of the issue.

3) Photos of issue.

This warranty is limited to 14 days, and our product care specialist will assess.

I made a mistake in writing my shipping info. What should I do?

 Change in shipping information (address, phone number, etc.) is not available once the order has been made. Please cancel your order as soon as possible and make a new order with the correct shipping information. However, once the order has been shipped out, cancelation of the order is not available, nor a refund.

Therefore, always be cautious to write accurate shipping information!
